P-4 SES incursion

We were lucky enough to have the SES team from Rochester and Wedderburn come to visit our P-4 students. They discussed things we can do to keep safe in the event of a flood. Students joined in on singing a song to help them remember key points of what to do and were treated to some gibbits and magnets as prizes for answering questions at the end of the presentation. We all got a look at the truck and equipment stored inside as well which was very exciting for the students! Thank you very much to Ms Colville for organising this incursion, and for the teams of women volunteers who gave their time to educate our kids about keeping safe in floods.
