On the 6th of April, Jimmy, Gus, Jack, Jake and Will headed into the Eaglehawk Badminton Centre with Mr. Allen and Mr. O’Neill for a day of badminton. The boys kicked off the day with a victory against Creek Street before going down to Eaglehawk in their second match. Victory again in round 3 against Weeroona, before two losses to BSE and Crusoe and a well-earned bye in the final round meant the boys had a fifth-place playoff against Weeroona for their final game. The boys gave it their best, but Weeroona came out on top meaning a 6th place finish for the day. As always, it was fantastic to see the boys having fun, playing in the spirit of the game and conducting themselves in the true East Loddon manner for the entirety of the day.
