The last week of term saw the 3/4s and 5/6s participate in an in-house speaking competition. From 3/4’s we had 6 students’ representatives, and from 5/6’s we had 7 students represent our classes.
The 3/4 topic was If you could go on a holiday anywhere in Australia, where would you go and why? Queensland seems like a very dream destination among the 3/4’s! Well done to Etta P for coming runners up and Mary S for taking first place!
The Year 5/6 topic was ‘If you could have a dinner with anyone in the world (a real person past or present) who would it be, and why, and what would you serve them?’. We heard some wonderful speeches, anyone from Taylor Swift to Annie Berlin! Congratulations to Piper E for coming 1st place with her speech about Zach Bryan.
